The package NMF provides an optional layer for working with common objects defined in the
 Bioconductor platform.
 
 It provides:
 
 <ul><li>computation functions that support<code>ExpressionSet</code>objects as inputs.</li><li>alias functions whose names are more intuitive when NMF is
 applied to bioinformatics data.</li><li>specialized vizualization methods that adapt the titles and legend using 
 bioinformatics terminology.</li><li>functions to link the results with annotations, etc...</li></ul>

NMF - integration with Bioconductor

This package provides a framework to perform Non-negative
        Matrix Factorization (NMF). It implements a set of already
        published algorithms and seeding methods, and provides a
        framework to test, develop and plug new/custom algorithms. Most
        of the built-in algorithms have been optimized in C++, and the
        main interface function provides an easy way of performing
        parallel computations on multicore machines.
